Title: 1970 CB450 Honda
Post by: Jwitt on December 24, 2018, 06:54:22 AM
I picked this one up in October at Barbers. It’s kind of a bitsa because it should have a disk brake on the front. Personally I like the looks of the twin leading shoe front brake (from a CL). Runs good but needs some cosmetic help. I’m not sure which direction I’ll go with it, maybe another street tracker.

Nice bike! The 70s produced some really great Japanese bikes. I owned a CB350T (Twin) and a CB750F (four cylinder). Great bikes and great rides.

Oh, that is nice. I would go the clip-ons and rear sets route, 'cause with that tank, it would make a sweet care racer. Then again, I am not sure my body would bend enough to ride a cafe...

jwitt,

Nice scooter.  It looks pretty clean.  How many miles on the clock?

I reassembled a 71 CB350 I found in a back yard.   Same Reddish Orange colors, and had a lot of enjoyment out of it.   Has been in a shed for 15 years now, but crank it over on occasion.  Thought it was a good road bike,  liked to cruise at75, and saw 110 a few times.
