This is the largest S wrench I have come across.  It is an Armstrong and has the arm and hammer trademark.  Size is 1 1/4 and 1 7/16 inches.

I wouldn't be able to pass on grabbing a nice wrench like that whether I needed it or not.

Was an auction buy, could not pass it up for $6.00.

slip knot:
the only old Armstrong wrench I have with the arm and hammer is a 3/4 alignment wrench. nice grab on that one you found.
