Glad you like it. There's a slight trick to getting it right. It says it on the label; leave the ice cream out on the counter for 5-10 minutes to melt it a bit. When it's somewhat softer it will have the taste and mouth-feel of regular ice cream. When it's ice cold from the freezer it tends to be flaky and not as smooth.

I usually set the timer for 10-12 minutes after getting the ice cream out of the freezer.  Sure makes scooping it easier!   ;)

Another brand of ice cream, Fronen . Not really ice cream I guess but people that follow SCD rave about it. Not available here
