Stevens-Walden 3/8" socket box with original label

Was cheap enough so I grabbed it. The paper decal is quite faded, and the stamped name is wearing thru, so I might just restore it to a nice aqua blue. Don't have any Walden pieces to put in it but I'm sure I've got something around the shop that needs a home.

Finished up the redo on the SW box. Painted it in hammered light blue paint that I had laying around. Not an exact match but close enough for me. Think I might add the flair of painting the logo stamp black.

Looks great George -- well done. I agree that black logo highlights would add that special touch.

That turned out pretty sweet. I've got an older proto box around that needs that treatment.

I prefer traditional storage solutions like this, and metal socket trays with bail handles. I also like this plastic trays that hold each individual socket upright and are magnetic.

Yup, really like that box it's a dandy!
