Sounds like a great evening Tim. The Brickhouse is a represented in my humidor as well. I contemplated smoking a cigar this morning, but the cold weather got to me and I was too cozy inside with my coffee.

I always enjoyed the Basil Rathbone character mainly because he was paired with Nigel Bruce as Dr. Watson. Bruce was the perfect complement to Rathbone.
I think the two of them are definitely the best pairing for Holmes and Watson.

For the past week, our little lake has been frozen solid. A rare occurrence in these parts. Today it’s in the mid-60s, and a perfect day to enjoy a new year’s eve cigar.

Primos Sumatra in Torpedo. Always a favorite!

Perddoma craft series. These cigars are blended to pair well with a certain type of beer such as pilsner, IPA, and stout.

Tonight I paired the Stout blend with a Cream stout from Bells

It was. We had a Club banquet that evening that I was basically in charge of so it was nice to just sit and do nothing.

Got this AJ Fernandez made Ramon Allones tribute cigar from a friend. I usually like AJ’s products, but this one was quite harsh; both on the palate and in the back of my throat. Definitely not like a true Ramon Allones Cuban sourced cigar that I usually enjoy very much.
