Title: Henry Kissinger passes
Post by: muddy on November 30, 2023, 05:33:01 AM
I'm to young to be real familiar with his "work".  However being a fan of history I know about him and the things he's done.

From what I gather, and general consensus, he's probably in a rather warm place right now....

Like many in his day he was a brilliant academic, but in the political and international relations arena he often overstepped his Peter Plateau. The result of which was paid for with American, Cambodian, and Vietnamese lives. In Paris at the "Peace" negotiations his arrogance showed up in the worst of times. History will judge the man accordingly, but ultimately his judge and jury will be the almighty himself.
