Surplus find: Sandvik Belzer drive extension
« on: July 06, 2021, 07:05:08 PM »
Grabbed this 14" 1/4" drive extension today at an electronic surplus store. They seem to be diversifying a bit and carrying more and more non-electronic supplies. Anyways, isn't Sandvik the Swedish company who does those really nice hacksaws? When did Belzer merge with them? Didn't know they made drive tool accessories.

Chrome is superb, fitment is tight, really nice. The tool also says "Germany" on it, so I figured it was good quality. For $4 it had to come home with me.

Fantastic garden pruning equipment too.
Is the need enough? Or does the want suffice?

That looks like a good extension for a great price. Sandvik is into many industries and I have used their metalworking cutting tools for years.
