Yes it is hard to eat healthy on the road. Limit the carbs (potatoes, pasta, bread, rice) and sugar and soda are a great start. Drink lots of water.
We have shifted towards organic and really limit sugar intake and I weighed 213 this morning. Down about 12 lbs in 2 months. I am feeling better, joints are better, thinking clearer and more energy. It is much easier with Mama on board though our goals are different. She has never been heavy and was likely about 125 or so when we started. She wants to get off of meds especially depression medication though not sure if that likely.
