Knowing I will spend in the area of $4.00 to buy a can of Krylon or Rustoleum I always keep my eyes open at estate auctions. Last Saturday I bought the four boxes of rattle cans, paint and stain for $16.00 (four dollars a box on choice). Contained 42 rattle cans, 10 cans of various stain and some 8 quarts of better quality paint. Most rattle cans were full or at least half full. Have to be careful however, and look at them before bidding, as often everything is old. In this case I could tell that most were fresh and in the case of rattle cans just shake them to see how fast they rattle.
